Bae’s Cocktail Club is a social haven where exuberant revelries and exceptional tipples meet. Inspired by the vibrant energy of Gangnam’s nightlife and the decadence of private parties in West Los Angeles, expect only the most electric parties here.
The celebrations begin in the early evening and weave into the cheeky hours just before dawn, sparking intimate conversations over world-class cocktails and delicacies that seamlessly unfold into suave dancing & hearty singalongs to live DJ performances.
Bae’s Cocktail Club proudly presents 12 signature cocktails crafted by Vijay Mudaliar, Co-founder of Bae’s as well as the world-renowned Native and Analoguecocktail bars. Inspired by the nine tasting profiles in Korean culture, also known as the "nine flavours," Bae’s cocktails reflect the rich culinary culture of Korea and offer a balanced and harmonious drinking experience. The cocktail programme is ultimately a reflection of Bae’s life’s experiences and core memories translated into each tipple.

Inspired by the simplicit concept of Flat Iron steakhouse in London, where Co-Founder and Managing Director Sheen Jet Leong honed his skills, The Feather Blade offers alternative and lesser known cuts, with the star of the show being its signature feather blade steak - a flavourful and succulent cut from the cattle’s shoulder that requires expert butchering. Along with the signature cut, there are also beef fat-fried burgers, hearty gyudon bowls, traditional & Asian-inspired sides and sauces to compliment your feast. Helmed by Diageo World Class winner and co-founder Boo Jing Heng, The Feather Blade Steakhouse Cocktail programme reflects its identity as a steakhouse. The tipples span across a myriad of flavours inspired by the elements of a steakhouse - think smoky beef fat-washed old flashioned, shiraz gin manhattans, pickled kimchi highballs and herbacious yuzu thyme sours.

GOHO is not your typical omakase joint that you’ll find around town that's been littered with the same monotonous sushi omakases. With a 3-tiered menu aptly named after 5-petal Japanese flowers - Sakura, Sumire and Ume - and priced at $98, $138 and $188 respectively, diners can look forward to a season-driven menu that pays homage to the art of Kaiseki alongside a refreshing curation of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverage pairing.
The term ‘Goho’ refers to the five cooking methods that are integral to Japanese Kaiseki cuisine. These methods which include Nama (Cutting), Niru (Simmering), Yaku (Grilling), Musu (Steaming), and Ageru (Deep-Frying) form a crucial part of GOHO’s Kaiseki omakase menu. These five elements also come together in unity as symbolised in the five petals within the five circles of the GOHO logo.
A restaurant that was started based off a some-what fictional love affair between a Mexican girl, Ms. Maria and an Indian boy, Mr. Singh. Marriaging home style Mexican and Indian cooking where flavours and traditions are fused together to create what we call, ‘fantasy cuisine’. Expect a punch of colour and funk that is displayed throughout the dining room inspired from the cities of Oaxaca, Mexico and Jodhpur, India while supported with a playful ambience. As we like to say, “Love Should Never Be Mild”, come experience the fiery passion of Ms. Maria & Mr. Singh in our new home.
Based strongly off their roots, the menu emphasises on reinventing or getting re-inspired from classic, homey, style dishes and bringing it to life here at the restaurant.
Singapore, this isn’t your typical laksa. All the way from Penang, Malaysia, comes a bowl unlike any other. Rooted in an heirloom recipe dating back to the early 1920s, Granny Q Penang Lemak Laksa brings to life a distinctive Nyonya-Thai interpretation.
Inspired by Granny Kew, who was Thai, the recipe weaves together ingredients and techniques from both Nyonya and Thai culinary traditions. While staying true to her original recipe, the family has thoughtfully refined the flavours to resonate with modern palates — preserving its soul while making it relevant for a new generation.
Building on this legacy, Proper Concepts Collective is proud to introduce its sixth brand, GQ Laksa — marking the group’s first foray into street food.
MEZCLA is a vibrant Japanese-Mexican taco bar dedicated to delivering an unforgettable dining experience. Expect playful, flavour-packed creations where bold Mexican influences meet refined Japanese touches — think tacos that make you tango, reimagined with a unique cross-cultural flair. Rooted in the idea of “mixing” (as its name suggests), Mezcla presents dishes that feel both familiar and unexpected, often drawing from Asian and global inspirations while maintaining a strong sense of identity and balance.
The experience is typically anchored by bold, flavour-forward plates, clean presentations, and a menu designed for sharing — encouraging discovery and conversation at the table.
